Hi, I’m Lauren Casino! I photograph couples in Colorado who are looking for an adventurous elopement that authentically represents the type of wedding day they truly want. I’m here to be so much more than just your photographer – I’ll help you plan, create, and bring to life your dream elopement. I whole heartedly believe I have the best job in the world with the most amazing couples, and I’m SO so so happy you’re here!
I believe that you deserve to have the BEST experience when you get married. I want you and your partner to dream up anything you could have ever imagined for your wedding day… and realize that the little dream inside your head CAN be a reality. Your day doesn’t have to feel like it doesn’t represent who ‘you’ are. That ends up being too much stress, too much money, too many people, too much of a ‘show’, and before you know it, your day is over. Your day should be about the two of you, committing yourselves to each other, and nothing else should take away from that. Do you want to go on a hike passing trees and wildflowers to a gorgeous alpine lake? Do you want to watch the sunrise together and pack a picnic? Do you want to drive through the mountains in your Jeep and stop at the most beautiful viewpoints? Do you want to get married with just the two of you and your dog, and let your dog sign the marriage license? Maybe you don’t know what you really want just yet, beyond getting married in the great outdoors, and that’s okay too!

I’m so passionate about this because I believe, without a doubt, that every couple should feel completely in love with the EXPERIENCE of their wedding day. Of course we’ll find beautiful locations with epic views so you can create the best memories, but it’s about so much more than that. It’s about saying your vows to one another without a care in the world because your doing things YOUR way, and that’s what feels right. It’s about having a meaningful and intimate experience, doing whatever it is that brings the two of you genuine joy, where you feel ALIVE, like nothing else matters.

If what I wrote speaks to you two, I would love to talk more with you about your elopement day dreams and be by your side to capture it all. 🙂
Elopement Information and FAQ
May was a crazy month for me. The first three weeks of the month I was on the road for a corporate client in Missouri, Arizona and California. The last shoot of the month was at the Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort in Chester, West Virginia. I have a great client, Gaga Marketing, based out of Baltimore, that I have been shooting for since 2003. They send me out on cool casino shoots a couple times a year. Mark Elmore, the creative mind behind these shoots, is amazing to work with and our personalities work great together. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the two day shoot. We had a great group of six models from The Talent Group modeling agency out of Pittsburgh / Cleveland and hair and makeup stylist, Dresden Buras, did a great job on making them camera ready and providing that extra set of eyes during the shoot to make sure everyone looked their best. A big thanks to my assistant and friend Brad ‘Bdog” Allen for taking time out of his busy schedule to make the shoot a success.
I always tell people that for me to be a happy photographer I need to have a variety of things to shoot. Casino photography / gaming photography / resort photography is one of the types of shooting that fills a special shooting need for me. I get to work with great models, inject maximum excitement and work my lighting magic, but it can also be a tremendous challenge working on an active casino floor. Everyone on this shoot from the electrician that helped us find power on the gaming floor to the marketing department to the food and beverage manager / staff made the shoot a success and I owe them a huge big thanks.
