I'm having trouble installing a Python package on my Windows machine, and would like to install it with Christoph Gohlke's Window binaries. (Which, to my experience, alleviated much of the fuss for.

Open a chart and click on the left box next to the StereoTrader clock to open StereoTrader settings menu.
At the drop down menu click on Installation Manager.
After the installation manager has opened click on next until you reach the Select your product page and select MT Tools Collection. Click next to install.
Go back to Metatrader and open the Navigator panel.
In the Navigator panel expand the Indicatorsfolder, then StereoTraderand then TimoKosiol. Select the indicator and drag it onto the chart.
After your download extract the zip file to a folder of your choice. Then open Metatrader and go to File->Open Data Folder.

On the new opened folder double click on MQL4 (or MQL5 when you are using Metatrader 5) and then Indicatorsand Stereotrader. Create a new folder called Metatrader-Tools.
Copy the extracted *.ex4 (or *.ex5 when you are using Metatrader 5) into the Metatrader-Tools folder.
Go back to Metatrader and open the Navigator panel.
In the Navigator panel expand the Indicatorsfolder and then StereoTraderfolder. Right click on StereoTraderand choose Refresh.
After the refresh the new created Metatrader-Tools folder will appear.
Drag and drop the indicator onto your chart and choose your settings.
Please use always the current IrfanView and PlugIn version.

How to install IrfanView PlugIns?

  1. Download all PlugIns, see below
  2. Click on the PlugIn file (irfanview_plugins_XYZ_setup.exe)
  3. PlugIns will be installed into IrfanView 'PlugIns' directory

Note: Install 32-bit PlugIns to IrfanView-32 and 64-bit PlugIns to IrfanView-64 folder. DO NOT mix the PlugIns and IrfanView bit versions.

The current PlugIns version is: 4.57

Note: A normal IrfanView version includes the following (most important) PlugIns: Effects, Paint, Icons, Slideshow-EXE, RegionCapture, JPG-Transform, Video, Metadata, Tools.
