Our staff get a tickle when we get this type of emails for previous clients, especially the ones who had their event over a year ago, that they are still getting compliments from their guest. That means, we listened, saw their vision and executed correctly for that customer. That means, we listened, saw their vision and executed correctly for that customer. An event is always memorable even with twists and turns by focusing on the customer. For us its most important to create a relationship with transparency with a friendship like vibe but avoid the 'friendship' until the event is completed.
